A piece of my furniture is not just a purchase for yourself, but to be passed on and enjoyed by many generations after.

Let me guide you through the process.

Firstly we have a conversation, through email, phone call, zoom or better still face to face. Often it’s helpful to see the space where the piece will be going (photos will be just fine).

We can go through your likes and dislikes, explore examples, talk about timber choices etc. It is really up to you how involved you want to be, from regular detailed contact to allowing me free rain over the project. After that first contact I will come back to you with a few ideas- either sketches, CAD drawings done on the computer and an estimate.

Once we have narrowed it down to a few concrete options I will then make detailed drawings with exact dimensions, give you some estimated time scales and an agreed price. It's at this point that I will take a 60% deposit. It will then be booked in, I will order the materials and the work towards the deadline begins. As the project commences I can keep you updated with photos, or I can keep it as a lovely surprise for once it is completed.

Oncee your piece is finished, final payment is made and delivery, collection or local drop off is arranged. I do love to meet my clients with the finished piece whenever possible.
