This minimalist design tray is made out of English quarter sawn oak, the highest quality cut of wood you can buy. Originally created as a commission for a client who wanted something to be able to serve afternoon tea and also be used as a cheese and desert board.

Each piece is protected using a hard wax oil that is carefully rubbed in by hand. This is a natural finish which offers a very high level of protection and a low gloss finish. Any spillages simply require a wipe with a warm damp cloth as soon as possible.

Being a natural material, variations in the tones of the wood and the grain patterns are to be expected. This is one of the many benefits of solid wood furniture, making your piece completely unique to you.
